Afterschool English Courses for 3rd-8th Grades

Young Learners

This 12- week or 14-week after-school English language course is ideal for 3rd-8th graders.

It provides an excellent opportunity for kids to develop and practice their English skills with professional instructors in interactive classes.

During after-school activities, we learn to communicate in English, so we pay special attention to building children's self-confidence. These are not regular English lessons or tutoring sessions. We strive to help children discover the joy of speaking English, so we play a lot, create projects, watch movies, and talk. Improved English skills are a natural result of all these activities.

What do Students Need?

No prior English knowledge is needed. Students will be divided into combined groups of Grades 3–4, 5–6, and 7–8.

5th and 6th grade: Tuesday & Thursday, 16:00-17:00
7th and 8th grade: Monday & Wednesday, 16:00-17:00

Spring semester: January 12 – April 24

Note: Fall and Spring holidays are included

Safe Location

Courses are held in DeFehr Center on the , where you will be immersed into an international English-speaking atmosphere.

Registration

To apply for the program, you must complete an online registration form.

By September 8 for the Fall semester.
By January 5 for the Spring semester.

Prices:

14-week course is 295 EUR

Payment can be made on campus using cash or card or by bank transfer.

You can make a full payment during the registration process. Alternatively, you can split the payment into two parts. To pay in two parts, there is an additional 15 EUR administration fee.

Family or Returning Student Discount

If family members are simultaneously studying in any LCC English program, a 10% discount is given to each one.
Students who return for the second semester in a row are given a 10% discount for the second semester.
Discounts cannot be combined.

Our experienced and friendly tutors, trained by qualified English Language Center teachers are capable of meeting your child's needs and helping them with homework, improving their conversational and grammar skills.
