The courses are designed to improve your English skills while learning in an environment that is convenient for you. Qualified instructors, working exclusively with online courses, will create a learning environment that helps you develop communication skills, refine grammar, and expand both professional and conversational English vocabulary just as effectively as in-person lessons.


What is required?

The training is intended both for those who have basic English knowledge and can understand spoken English, as well as for advanced learners who wish to deepen their grammar or speaking skills (levels A1, A2, B1, B2).

Your language level is determined through an online test, after which you will be assigned to a group corresponding to their proficiency.

This is a 13-week program with new groups forming twice a year: September & January. You will be assigned to one of the time slots based on the results of the placement test.

Location

The courses will be held online – all you need is a computer and an internet connection.

Application process

Complete the registration form

  Fill out a short registration form on our website. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with payment details and the next steps to complete your registration.  

Take the English placement test

  Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a link to the placement test via email. You can also find the test link on this page. If you already took the placement test last semester, you do not need to retake it.  

Register for an online Zoom meeting with a teacher

  In your first email, you’ll receive a link to register for an online Zoom meeting with a teacher. During the meeting, the teacher will assess your English level and assign you to the most suitable group, taking into account your preferred study days.
If you don’t register or complete the placement test before the course starts, the teacher may contact you by phone for a short conversation.  

Receive your class invitation

  Before the course begins, you’ll receive an email invitation with your class details – including the schedule, link to the online meeting, and other important information.  

Registration

We invite you to fill out the online registration form, which you will find a bit further down, and complete the placement test.

Registration for the courses is open until:

September 8 for the fall semester.

January 12 for the spring semester.

The number of spaces is limited.

Try the course with no commitment — the first two lessons are free.

Placement Test

The placement test is designed to evaluate your English language proficiency, enabling us to place you in the appropriate group for optimal learning. Upon completion of the test, we will provide you with additional information on how to schedule a remote interview with one of our teachers. 

You can complete the placement test before or after submitting the registration form.

Fees and payment

The total price for the 13-week program is 395 Eur. Payment can be made on campus using cash or credit card or by bank transfer.   

You can make a full payment during the registration process. Alternatively you can pay in two equal parts. To pay in two parts, there is an additional 15 Eur administration fee.

You will receive detailed information about payment and important dates by email once we have received your registration form.

Family / Returning Student Discount

  • If family members are simultaneously studying in any LCC English program, a 10% discount is given to each one.
  • Students who return for the second semester in a row are given a 10% discount for the second semester.
  • Discounts cannot be combined.

Private Tutoring

If you prefer learning individually and at your own pace, we offer private tutoring services. Our experienced tutors, trained by qualified English Language Center teachers are capable of meeting your specific needs and helping you to improve your conversational as well as grammar skills. Learning individually offers the flexibility you might need.
