Andy holds a doctoral degree in philanthropy and global studies at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. He holds master's degrees from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Harvard Divinity School, as well as a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration. In addition, he has worked in the non-governmental sector for more than 20 years including with micro-economic development programs in both Rwanda (3 years) and the Dominican Republic (4 years). For fun, the Williams family (he is married with three children) enjoy a good board game, long bike ride, classic book, or cup of ice cream!
